Sales Tax

We collect Sales Tax in Florida, Illinois, New York and Rhode Island based on zipcodes.

Shipping Charges

All jewelry is shipped in a beautiful pouch and box. Shipping Charges are as follows:
  Shipping: UPS Ground:  $8.00 (US orders only. Free with $250 or more.)
UPS 3 Day Select:  $12.00 (US orders only)
UPS 2nd Day Air:  $15.00 (US orders only)
UPS Next Day Air:  $35.00 (US orders only)
UPS Next Day/Saturday Delivery:  $50.00 (US orders only)
 'Next Day' and 'Second Day' shipments are UPS definitions which only include weekdays. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
 
We try to ship all orders received by 2:30PM Eastern Time the same day, but if item is backordered we will need more time. If more than one extra day is needed and expedited shipping is requested, we will notify you via email. Items ordered after 2:30 PM Eastern Time on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please email customersvc@epearl.com regarding price of foreign shipments.  Customer will be responsible for all import tax and custom costs.

 

Return Policies

To return an item purchased on the Internet, please contact Customer Service (customersvc@epearl.com ) for a return authorization number. Return authorization number is to be marked on the package.  Packages without a return authorization number will be refused .Merchandise should be sent with a copy of your Internet receipt attached.  Our standard policy for Internet returns is full merchandise refund for the first two weeks after you receive the jewelry.  Gift recipients are entitled to merchandise store credit within two weeks of purchase, providing the merchandise is returned unworn in it's original packaging.
